Spacious and tidy room, I loved the hotel!
the hotel was located so close to cemetery and the center of things and outskirts of city. the location was central, comfortable in a monastery. i randomly popped in bar gelateria catarinelli serving some pastries, located relatively close to the property, it was nice.

Location: the hotel was just off a still functioning monastery and church and cemetery and especially gardens. There were central heating, a sitting area, and a writing desk in the room, really enjoyed that. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

Overall, it's best base for exploring Spoleto attractions. All the rooms are neat and the staff is helpful and amicable. As for me location is comfy, short walk to the center of things, and church. I truly enjoyed this hotel and will come back when visiting Spoleto.

A nice size and beautiful room and the best bathroom. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Very very helpful and outstandingly accommodating staff during our stay.
Wi-Fi was very poor.

Location: the hotel was next to the center of things and Spoleto and a still functioning monastery. Popped in Pandemonio for shots before sleep, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue...
